Key Responsibilities- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
- Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and recommendations.
- Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
- Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized service and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is accurately priced and presented.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
