In this role, you will oversee the planning, organization, and management of warehousing operations to ensure effective inventory control and the efficient delivery of shipment targets. You will also manage the plant's Dispensary operations for raw and packaging materials, ensuring the provision of high-quality ingredients to production in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the Warehouse Operations Plan, coordinating and managing the receipt, issuance, and disposal of raw and packaging materials, as well as finished goods inventories, in line with company policies. You will strive to meet inventory accuracy goals while ensuring operational requirements are consistently met.
- Leading the optimal use of warehouse space and regularly reviewing capacity plans. You will ensure that the storage and handling of all materials comply with standard practices, managing stock replenishment at distributor warehouses to maintain manageable inventory levels.
- Ensuring strong governance and compliance with audit requirements, while championing safety and quality standards within the team.
- Fostering talent development and engagement within your team, identifying key strategies to attract and retain critical talent, and building capabilities at all levels.
What You Will Bring
A commitment to advancing your career, along with the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience in warehouse or production operations, including inventory management and material handling.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite) and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead a team effectively.

You will provide effective leadership for the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of staff, resources, and inventory. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
You will also oversee daily scheduling of transportation and ensure the effective utilization of resources to optimize operational efficiencies.
