About the Job:


The Warehouse Line Lead will be responsible for managing and improving results necessary to achieve business objectives through rigorous application of continuous improvement tools.


This role reports to the Area Manager and includes direct reports from Warehouse Trio members and Team Leaders.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Development: Lead a team of talented colleagues, support their growth and development through career discussions and one-on-one conversations
  • Production Management: Successfully lead production operations in all aspects – safety, quality, cost, production, and morale
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and lead execution of a 90-day plan to address losses and build capability
  • Staffing and Planning: Develop and maintain a staffing plan for the department to ensure all business needs are met while adhering to budget
  • Change Management: Coordinate change management across departments, creating a culture of engagement and flexibility
  • Collaboration and Analysis: Collaborate with peers and cross-functional groups on additional projects to drive long-term warehousing strategy; conduct warehouse inspections and analyze inventory levels to identify opportunities to minimize finished goods loss


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years' experience in distribution-related processes in a supervisory role, with knowledge of process optimization and improvement, as well as demonstrated capability of SAP.


You should be an authentic leader who values and respects differences, believes in inclusion and belonging, and can work off shifts as needed.
