Job Overview

As an essential member of the RS team, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our patrons by embodying our Vision and Values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.
  • Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure that all menus and wine lists are well-organized and presentable before each shift.
  • Accurately manage and confirm reservations.
  • Display and maintain menus effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement seating arrangements.
  • Seating guests according to the established seating plan.
  • Communicate any special requests to the serving staff and bussers.
  • Optimize the dining room's capacity by assisting with table resets and other necessary tasks.
  • Support Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, and Managers as needed.
  • Comply with RS service standards and policies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications

Please note that we recognize you may not meet every qualification listed below, and we encourage you to share any relevant experience in your application.

  • Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
