Position Overview

As an Educational Counsellor at EUTON COLLEGE CORP., you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journeys. Your expertise will help them navigate academic, career, and personal challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in educational workshops and conferences to enhance professional development.
  • Oversee and mentor teaching assistants to ensure effective support for students.
  • Provide counselling to students on educational and vocational matters.
  • Assist students with personal and social challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and community organizations to foster a supportive environment.
  • Coordinate counselling and information services for students, parents, and faculty.
  • Refer students to specialized services as necessary.
  • Engage in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
