Job Title: Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team at A&M Lawyers Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Law Clerk will provide administrative support to our lawyers and assist with various tasks related to legal document preparation, research, and filing.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including maintaining filing systems and collecting administrative fees.
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents to support lawyers.
  • Prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a legal setting.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 40 hours per week.
