Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Bolton Auto Collision. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Work Site Environment

Our work site environment is dusty and noisy, but we provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and specifications.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Determine weldability of materials and ensure that they meet specifications.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
  • Ability to interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
