Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our store's daily activities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.

  • Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for staff.
  • Sales: Actively engage in selling merchandise to customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, inventory, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Inventory Organization: Ensure proper organization and maintenance of stock.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within retail.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
