Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities at Memorable Maids Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, supervising staff, and coordinating contract services.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including equipment and supplies.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies.
- Contract Services: Coordinate maintenance and repair services and supervise in-house laundry services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain financial records and inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff and ensure local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Criminal Record Check: Required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Client Focus: Client focus and dependability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
- Initiative: Flexibility, initiative, and judgement.
- Team Player: Organized and reliable with a team player attitude.
- Temporary Work Term: Temporary work term.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
