Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Site Manager to join our team at Everclean Facility Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to facilities with custodial service teams and related facility service teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations for a team of up to 80 janitorial and maintenance staff.
- Monitor site performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and provide training to team members.
- Liaise with Property Management and key stakeholders on operational requirements.
- Complete daily cleaning and washrooms logs.
- Ensure site schedule is completed and communicated to the client and team.
- Assess staffing levels and make recommendations for changes.
- Perform supply orders and equipment repair/maintenance requests.
- Attend site-related operations, client, or company meetings.
- Perform site supplies audit and verify deliveries.
- Note and complete additional work requests outside of the scope of work.
- Check monthly service hours balance and develop staffing plan.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role or lead hand.
- Class 5 driver's license required.
- Exceptional leadership skills and customer relations experience.
- Experience with commercial cleaning and handyman/maintenance.
- Good understanding of SDS sheets and health and safety regulations.
