Gateway Meat Market is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for our customers. Your duties will include cleaning and cutting meats, trimming and preparing standard cuts, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, and removing bones from meat. You will also be responsible for weighing meats for sale, cutting poultry into parts, grinding meats, and preparing special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
* Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
