Your Role

As a Sales Team Member, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive interaction
  • Assessing customer needs and providing expert advice on products
  • Presenting merchandise and recommending complementary items
  • Contributing to the merchandising of products in your department
  • Staying informed of new products and their technical applications
  • Working towards sales targets and staying informed of promotions and flyers
  • Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety
