About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Director to lead our Technology Architecture team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with business and technology partners to understand business objectives and guide technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop practical architecture solutions aligned with our technology standards and vision
  • Employ leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive technology decisions
  • Collaborate with CIBC business and technology partners to understand business objectives
  • Provide consulting, architecture thought leadership, strategy, and governance for the PBB Contact Center and Cards portfolio
  • Lead and direct the development and implementation of architecture solutions and strategies
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of technical trends, directions, architecture principles, and best practices
  • Well-seasoned professional with experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in the financial or regulatory sector
  • Familiarity with TOGAF and/or Zachman frameworks and methodologies and SOA Architecture
  • Strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
