Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Dress Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with our extensive collection of high-end dresses and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience
  • Maximize sales by finding the perfect dress for each customer, creating a loyal client base
  • Maintain a professional and friendly store environment, adhering to our high standards of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings, including holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a fashion boutique or retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
