About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Return and Refund Process: Authorize returns and refunds in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless operations and maximum productivity.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling merchandise effectively and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic sales team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD., working closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
