Job Summary:

Causeway Work Centre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Recreation Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing recreation programs and activities for individuals with mental health disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement recreation programs and activities for individuals with mental health disabilities
  • Perform administrative tasks related to program coordination
  • Provide expert advice and consulting services in the design, development, and administration of sports, fitness, and recreation programs and activities
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 people

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Excellent oral communication and judgment skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment
