Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, with the potential to supervise 3-4 people in the future.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
