About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at EZEE DECK & RAIL LTD. as a Construction Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of decks and railings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy, dusty conditions.
  • Willingness to relocate for work assignments.
  • Reliability and flexibility are essential.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
