Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning teams to optimize efficiency.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and propose additional services such as repairs, renovations, or equipment upgrades as necessary.
  • Hands-On Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their duties when required.

Qualifications
