Supporting the management team, you will assist in various facets of the business as directed by your market leader. Acting as the manager's right hand, you will undertake managerial responsibilities as necessary to foster an environment that promotes operational excellence and enhances both customer and staff experiences while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Customer Service: Collaborate with your team to devise strategies that surpass daily sales targets and ensure a distinctive and inclusive customer journey.

- Product Enthusiasm: Deepen product knowledge and provide well-informed recommendations that cater to customer preferences.

Qualifications
Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in retail management or supervision
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales expertise
• Knowledge of skincare and natural beauty products
• Flexibility to work varied hours
Preferred:
- Experience in consultation-based customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and human resources skills
- Fluency in additional languages
