We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Securities/M&A Lawyer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our Corporate Partners group, you will work closely with our clients to advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings.

Qualifications
  • A JD from a Canadian accredited law school
  • Substantive corporate transactional experience, including debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions
  • Clients include publicly listed and privately held entities, so 3+ years' experience from a national, international or very well-reputed law firm and/or mix of in-house work is highly desirable
  • Licensed to practice law in Alberta
Responsibilities
  • A team player who will take on a lead role, working closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates
