About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
