Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our food and beverage products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
