- Manage candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Demonstrate commitment to candidate support and database enhancement
- Leverage Delivery or Trainee Consultants to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure high standards of data integrity in records
- Build a network of clients and candidates, aspiring to be the leading Sales Consultant in your region
- Share technical and market insights with colleagues, clients, and candidates
- Receive top-tier training in the industry
