Job Summary:

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to lead the day-to-day management of our construction sites. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead and manage site operations, including site security, logistics, and materials management.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety among site staff and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
