Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Topring, a leading provider of compressed air solutions for the manufacturing, automotive, and construction sectors in Canada.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and solutions for industrial pneumatic systems to industrial distributors in the Hamilton and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires frequent travel and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish long-term partnerships with clients and distributors
- Present compressed air solutions to clients and potential partners
- Support distributors in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and safety of their clients' compressed air systems
- Train distributors and end-users on our range of innovative products
- Represent our expertise at events and trade shows
- Solid experience in B2B sales within industrial distribution networks
- College diploma in business administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of compressed air systems
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Sales skills, including communication, relationship management, and negotiation
- Fluency in English
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, including commissions
