Currently, we have several Senior Financial Consultant positions open. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in steering the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to deliver insightful analyses and recommendations aimed at improving our financial outcomes. Your proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis will be vital in recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the financial operations of the organization through the preparation and review of month-end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and key business indicators while driving continuous improvement within the finance team.
  • Engage in the organization's strategic planning process and maintain awareness of industry trends, key business/cost drivers, and accounting policies.
  • Develop and prepare weekly scorecard reports for management, offering visibility into financial performance and operational metrics through the creation of monthly reporting packages.
  • Analyze revenue trends, conduct month-end variance analysis, and prepare commentaries against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and finance leadership teams, communicating significant trends, observations, and business impacts.
  • Support business case development, financial modeling, and decision-making in alignment with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A University degree in a business-related discipline (preferably Accounting or Finance), along with a professional accounting designation (CPA/CGA/CA/CMA) or MBA.
  • 3-5 years of progressive financial experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with knowledge of IFRS 15 and other relevant standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging with leadership in both business and finance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and navigate competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financial Systems and Hyperion/Essbase is advantageous.

In this role, you will analyze financial data, create financial models, and provide insights to management to help optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Controller: Duties involve overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions. You will be responsible for financial statement preparation, internal controls, financial analysis, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
