Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for employee payroll.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Reporting: Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
- Personal Attributes: Must demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and reliability.
- Education: Completion of college or CEGEP.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
