About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Paraskevi Serbinis. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Assistance with Daily Activities: Help clients with feeding, toileting, and mobility, as needed.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Work in the client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
