Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Apollo Family Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain accurate case histories
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential medical records
  • Order medical supplies and maintain inventory
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Prepare and format medical reports and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced medical office environment and must be able to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers in English.
