We are seeking a Insurance Services Representative to enhance our customer service department. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering personal lines, ICBC AutoPlan, and Private Auto insurance solutions to both prospective and current clients. You will also have the chance to promote additional insurance offerings within our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate quotes, provide expert advice, and deliver insurance solutions
  • Guide clients towards supplementary products and services
  • Efficiently manage administrative duties with precision
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of an Insurance Level 1 license
  • Completion of the Autoplan Essentials Course
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progressing towards a Level II General Insurance License
  • Relevant post-secondary education

Compensation: This position is part of a union, and the salary will adhere to the collective agreement salary grid, starting at $23.97 (Grp 2 Step 1).
