About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Conn-X. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of large-scale projects related to steel structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, fabrication, and installation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel fabrication industry
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
