About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Alpha Commercial Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
    • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the management of commercial properties, including lease administration and contract management.
    • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
    • Develop and implement projects and programs to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma required.
    • 3-5 years of experience in real estate management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
