Role Overview:
As an IT Device Engineer at FD Technologies, you will be integral to maintaining the integrity and security of our IT device ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT hardware across the organization.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and device drivers.
- Oversee device imaging and provisioning processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and security protocols.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges.
- Monitor device performance, conduct system audits, and implement security best practices.
- Manage device inventory, including asset tracking and coordinating hardware refresh cycles.

Qualifications:
