As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of data reports, automating data processes, managing change requests, developing insightful dashboards, and establishing data pipelines for streaming into data lakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of both automated and manual data reports.
  • Clean and process data using pandas and other data analysis tools.
  • Handle change requests for automated reports efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to automate new reports based on client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compelling data visualization dashboards.
  • Create and manage data pipelines for automated data streaming.
  • Conduct regular data audits to uphold data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using pandas for data analysis is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail are crucial.
  • Experience in data validation and accuracy maintenance is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and requests effectively is important.
  • Knowledge of data automation processes and tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is beneficial.
  • Understanding of database management and data lakes is desirable.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset.
