Key Responsibilities

As an RT-CDP Lead - Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, managing, and optimizing our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ensure seamless data integration and high performance.
  • Integrating data from various sources, including CRM systems, web analytics, social media, and other customer data platforms, into AEP.
  • Designing and configuring XDM schemas, datasets, and data views in AEP to support business requirements.
  • Implementing and managing real-time customer profiles in AEP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Managing identity resolution processes and ensuring data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs to integrate AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.
  • Collaborating with analytics teams to leverage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (ACJA) for insights and optimization.
  • Assisting in developing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for AEP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for AEP processes and providing training to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical expertise in AEP, RT-CDP, and Adobe Experience Cloud, with knowledge of best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schemas, datasets, and data views.
  • Experience with data integration tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Detailed knowledge of the guardrails/limitations of the platform.
  • Ability to build Journeys and campaigns that combine event and batch data.
  • Experience with complex XDM with arrays for personalization and audience selection.
  • Methods to fully test and QA campaigns and journeys.
  • Use of reporting tools such as Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and extraction of data from AEP for external MI Reporting.
  • Experience of managing/stitching batch and real-time data from multiple sources.
  • Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using SPA (Single page application) and web services development using RESTful implementations.
  • Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
  • Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projects.
  • Experience/understanding of another Adobe stack: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Customer Journey Analytics.
