  • Support members and clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized advice and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Desjardins, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, providing them with a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to specialized services.
  • Provide expert advice on financial transactions, security measures, and risk management.
  • Stay current on industry standards, products, and services, and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional service to members and clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Desjardins products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Thursday evenings.
