Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Culinary Operations Supervisor** to oversee food service operations at Dock to Dock Cartage Limited. This role is essential in ensuring that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Create and manage work schedules for the team.
This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
