About the Role

Venus Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including robotic production lines, to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
Work Environment

As a Welder - Fabrication Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and a hard hat, and work a standard 40-hour week.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • English language proficiency.
