About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rainbow Gas Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of presentation and display.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that the store is well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, ability to multitask
