Job Title: Mother's Helper

We are seeking a reliable and caring Mother's Helper to join our team at Nana Manga Matuba. As a key member of our childcare team, you will provide top-notch care and support to our families, ensuring their little ones receive the best possible attention and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional childcare services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Engage in activities with children, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Establish a daily routine, including rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities and any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including meals, sleep schedules, and any notable events.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure a smooth and seamless childcare experience.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of childcare.
