Job Title: Mother's Helper

We are seeking a reliable and caring Mother's Helper to join our team at Nana Manga Matuba. As a key member of our childcare team, you will provide top-notch care and support to our families, ensuring their little ones receive the best possible start in life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for children, following dietary guidelines and restrictions.
  • Engage in activities that promote social development, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and any notable events.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
