We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Alpatech Global Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process shipping orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including freight forwarding and transportation
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Prepare and submit reports on shipping activities and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of shipping activities
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
Working Conditions:

The Shipping Coordinator will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
