Senior Secret Cleared Project Director

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly experienced Senior Secret Cleared Project Director to lead the planning, development, and implementation of workflow and process improvements for a large business transformation initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the Program of Change initiative with the International Service Delivery Transformation initiative, creating synergy between the two initiatives and leveraging digital practices and innovations to strengthen client relationships and enhance service excellence culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Project Managers working on next generation service delivery and management of IT infrastructure and operations support capability improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring resources are available and projects are delivered within agreed time, cost, and performance parameters.
  • Define project objectives, determine budgetary requirements, and establish project teams.
  • Formulate problem statements, establish procedures for project development and implementation, and obtain approval thereof.
  • Assist in the design and development of manual and automated processes, prototype potential solutions, and provide tradeoff information.
Requirements:
  • Secret Level Clearance (Level 2)
  • 15 years of experience as a Project Executive
  • IM/IT related certification in Service Management (e.g. ITIL) or Project Management (e.g. PMP)
  • University Degree
Nice to Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in change management services for IT Service Management projects
  • 7+ years of experience leading the enhancement of IM/IT governance and service management for large public sector organizations
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and refining training strategies for enterprise capabilities
