About the Role

This is a temporary opportunity to support the Luxury & Lifestyle brand communications team during a maternity leave. As a Global Communications Strategist, you will play a vital role in amplifying our luxury brands' presence and shaping their narrative on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Luxury & Lifestyle brand communications team to develop and execute impactful PR plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic support for the global spokesperson strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including media, partners, agencies, and colleagues across various departments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate PR & communications activities across the division, encompassing 360-degree planning and execution.
  • Develop compelling content, including press releases, story teasers, briefs, and messaging materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage transversal communications activity at global conferences and events, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication strategies, sharing insights with the team.
  • Provide support during crisis situations, including drafting messaging, holding statements, and coordinating internal communications efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in communications management, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Global media contacts are a significant asset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
