Position OverviewThe Onsite Service Specialist (OSS) plays a crucial role in supporting the local KeepStock team by enhancing inventory management execution and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes assisting in both the pre-implementation and implementation phases for new KeepStock setups, as well as providing customer training and support related to inventory management. The OSS must be adaptable to various customer environments and types.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct machine repair and maintenance tasks at customer locations.
- Execute territory work related to planning and managing customer inventory initiatives.
- Gather data regarding inventory at customer sites, ensuring precise information is collected to facilitate the KeepStock implementation process.
- Provide coverage for Paid Time Off (PTO) for Onsite Service Representatives (OSR) and undertake route-based responsibilities as necessary.
- Address escalated issues from OSRs, assist in implementing system projects, and offer constructive feedback to supervisors regarding OSR performance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or warehouse settings.
- Proficient in managing various technical and operational challenges.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Background checks and drug screening may be required based on company and customer policies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license in the province of residence.
- May need to utilize a personal vehicle for transportation, meeting company insurance standards.
This role may necessitate visits to customer sites, where adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is essential. Specific requirements will be communicated during the recruitment process.
This position offers a salary range of $58,830 - $66,000, with eligibility for bonuses. Salary determination factors include a candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
