Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead for Workday Integration to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with HR teams, senior stakeholders, business management, QA, developers, and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful completion of deliverables within the HCM program and Workday Sustainment.
  • Assess and analyze integration requirements, current state environment, and technology platforms to define and propose solutions that meet functional integration needs across the Workday ecosystem.
  • Develop strong, sustainable relationships with the business and functional team by participating in workshops to elicit their needs and understand their wants.
  • Identify technical issues and risks and define mitigation approaches working closely with delivery and operations teams.
  • Participate in detailed design sessions for identifying, tracking, and resolving issues related to integration design/build.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and new functionalities in areas related to Workday integration and other domains.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in Workday Ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in leading teams of Integration Developers.
  • Strong understanding of functional domain and ability to analyze impact of functional CR on integrations.
  • Ability to drive the CR process specific to integration.
  • Sound understanding of current and future Technology and Operations Management (TOM).
