Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across all facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Support cleaning personnel in their daily tasks.
  • Develop and manage work schedules for the team.
Candidate Screening
  • Are you currently enrolled as a student?
  • Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
  • Do you possess prior experience in the cleaning sector?
