Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cosmetic Merchandiser - Part Time to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising requests, maintaining planogram compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain cosmetic displays and fixtures using planograms
  • Ensure planogram compliance and accuracy in-store
  • Execute merchandising requests and seasonal resets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with store management and sales teams
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and data analysis
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and follow planograms and assemble store fixtures and displays
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel and may involve working in a fast-paced retail environment. The incumbent must be able to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
