About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing customer engagement through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to ensure seamless execution of merchandising resets and displays.
  • Execute merchandising resets and displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain retail displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Reside within 20 km of North Bay, ON.
